Rork was appointed by Stockland to modify an empty warehouse in readiness for tenant occupation.
Works comprised modification of a carpark under croft and construction of a new entry foyer; new awning and associated façade amendments; two stop passenger lift and stairs;
new bathroom amenities and standalone cold shell office environment.
Detailed planning and programming enabled works to be constructed in tandem with fit out and filling of inventory within the warehouse.
