Refurbishment works included modifications to the office accommodation on levels 4A, 4C and 3C of the Treasury Building, including full services upgrades, new electrical metering, audiovisual upgrades, security upgrades, new kitchens, breakout spaces, the provision of furniture and relocation of workstations.
The alterations also included lobby and full toilet refurbishment to the floors. Due to the occupied nature of the building, careful staging was required in order to avoid disruption to both the staff and general public. Construction works were undertaken with small multiple staged phases, some during working hours and others after hours (evenings and weekends) due to works that required noisy and other intrusive works.
