Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractor for the complete refurbishment of VicRoads Wendouree Ballarat License Testing Centre.
The project was delivered over two stages which included a full demolition of the existing centre and services. The project comprised of a new front of house, meeting rooms throughout, toilets and a back of house kitchen.
The refurbishment also included a full service upgrade including a new mechanical duct & plant system, along with a new roof platform.
A high end joinery package integrated with VicRoads IT completed the final presentation of this project.
