Rork Projects was engaged to complete a new government fitout at an historical Ballarat site. The result was a modern, functional and inviting refurbishment along with important structural strengthening works.
Works included:
– Major new structural beams and footings to allow demolition of internal load bearing walls
– New central staircase
– DDA compliant lifts
– Timber panelling
– DDA compliant bathroom amenities
– Full-service upgrade
– New suite of workstations (89)
– Meeting rooms
– Reception
– High end joinery with all the finishing touches
