Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractor for the Shop Front/Façade Upgrade to the existing Vodafone Tenancy based on Brisbane’s bustling Queen Street Mall. The project was unique in that Rork had to also work closely with the client shop fitters to provide an internal and external space that married together to create a uniform look and finish.
A Development Application was also submitted to council for the works ensuring the character and finish of the project aligned with the Brisbane City Council’s vision for the precinct. Permits and after hours work also played a role in this challenging project getting off the ground and staying on program.
