Rork Projects’ has celebrated a significant milestone at its major new build project underway at 28 King Street, for DeMartini Fletcher Property.
Drone footage captured the main concrete pour on site, which saw 110 cubic metres of concrete poured over a 650 square metre area.
The project used Greenstar compliant concrete and reinforcement, which target a range of environmentally sustainable manufacturing processes and reduced carbon footprint.
The project is six months in to the 12 months delivery, with practical completion on track.
