We are thrilled to announce that this month we will break ground on a 29-unit apartment complex on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Stage 1 of the project which kicks off in October, will involve retention works and excavation for a basement level for the apartments, with upgrades to the local water, sewer, stormwater, Telstra and NBN infrastructure.
Aptly named ‘Glasshouse’, this development will offer a new benchmark in coastal living.
Rork Projects has been working on the design phase of this project with Bombala Holdings through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement. This partnership approach allows us to make the most of our time with increased efficiency, expedited project delivery and confidence with project costs – assurances that are crucial for our clients in the current market.
