Rork Projects was engaged under a fixed lump sum contract to deliver FaCS’ Parramatta services centre and back of house office operations. Scope included demolition and strip out of redundant tenancy and construction of new public facing waiting areas, interview booths, interview rooms and dedicated bathroom facilities. New back of house facilities included offices, meeting facilities and breakout areas, all segregated from front of house operations through a network of dedicated, secure corridors.
